Coffee Geek info

A blend of SL 34, Ruiru 11, SL 28, Batian varietals from a smallholder collective on the southwest slopes of Mount Kenya in Nyeri county. The fruit is all brought to a farmer owned washing station where they are fully washed and dried for 7-14 days on raised beds. All the coffee is grown above 1675m and on small diversified plots alongside potatoes, beans and tea and macadamia trees, this ensures the soil is looked after and there is plenty of shade for the cherries to mature under.
