This coffee is from Timor Leste, a lesser known origin but a great one none the less. Grown at an altitude of 1500m by a small collection of 11 farmers on the slopes of Mount Ramelau.

Works brilliantly as a flat white but also equally at home without milk

What to expect

A medium roast coffee, works best in espresso based drinks. Fudge for days, super sweet with a light hint of Pomelo at the end

Farmed by a collective of 11 farmers led by Orlando Soares this coffee is a fully washed blend of Typica and Timor hybrid varietals. 2025 was a great harvest in Letefoho, both in terms of quantity and quality.
