Light roast. Expect notes of caramel, chocolate and citrus. Best served as filter coffee.

This fully washed organic coffee is a mix of Colombia, Castillo and Caturra varieties grown at high altitude (1600-200m) on the edge of the Colombian andes. It is grown by a group of 25 farmer groups in the area of Planadas providing a source of income in a region otherwise lacking infrastructure and development. It is de-pulped, washed and dried in greenhouses for between 10 and 18 days.
