Origin

Grown in La Estancia farm, Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua at 1000m altitude.

What to expect

Lightly roasted, expect notes of dried fruit, grapefruit, and pineapple. Serve either as filter or espresso, both are great!

This Caturra, single-plot microlot is sourced from producer Luis Bernardo Papuaga and his small farm Finca La Estancia in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia. It utilises a raised bed natural process with an extended anaerobic cherry fermentation to give the coffee a distinctive complex flavour profile.
