Half the Caffeine, drink twice as much!  A 50:50 blend of two Colombian single origin beans, one normal, one decaffeinated.  The end result is a balanced smooth coffee with notes of pastry, lemon and white chocolate.  This is not a compromise, suitable for all brew methods but absolutely great when mixed with milk.

Available in 225g (approx 14 brews) or 1kg (approx 60 brews).

Grown in Huila and Tolima, Colombia
What to expect

A medium roast. Expect notes of Pastry, Lemon and White Chocolate. Best served in milk based drinks, but suitable for all brew methods.
Coffee Geek info

This decaf part of this coffee is processed with the sugarcane method which is a speciality of Colombia. It utilises naturally occurring Ethyl Acetate from the abundant sugarcane in the area mixed with spring water to rinse out the caffeine from the beans. They are then dried like any other coffee bean to around 10-12% humidity.
